When someone calls for information on renting a portable toilet or temporary restroom, one of the first questions they ask is – how many will I need for my event? There are several factors that need to be taken into consideration:

Our units have a 60-gallon holding tank and will fill up after 90-100 uses. Each unit will fill to capacity in about 6 hours with steady use. Construction sites are required to have 1 unit per 10 workers through an 8-10 hour workday. These units can be pumped weekly or bi-weekly depending upon the number of workers.

Due to Covid19 changes, all wash stations are completely sanitized with our special antibacterial cleanser.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT A PORTABLE TOILET IN MY AREA?

Monthly rental contracts available for long-term rentals and event contracts available for 1-7 days.

This is because there is more involved than simply renting the unit itself:

  • Schedule the unit
  • Create the work order
  • Schedule a driver to deliver the unit
  • Set up and delivery of the unit
  • Pump out, clean and pick up the unit
  • Driving time & labor to provide the requested daily/weekly/bi-weekly service for the long-term leased unit
  • Waste disposal at the water treatment plant

PAYMENT

Payment is arranged at the time service is requested. Long-term rentals are billed on a 4-week advanced billing cycle. We require that the first month be paid in advance and remaining billing cycles paid by credit card which we require to be on file. A copy of the invoice and credit card receipt will be emailed each billing cycle. All credit cards accepted.


There may be a surcharge or delivery fee for Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Most weekend rentals are delivered on a Friday and picked up on Monday.

UNIT SERVICING

All monthly rentals are serviced weekly, however arrangements can be made for additional servicing at an extra charge. This includes pumping and cleaning the unit itself and restocking toilet paper, paper towels, sanitizing hand soap, and sink water. This service is included in the unit rental price; however, if the technician is required to drive a considerable distance to perform this service, there may be an additional service or mileage fee.

WASTE DESPOSAL

We dispose of the waste at one of 3 local waste water treatment plants, according to the procedures and regulations of each facility. All of our equipment meets state DEQ requirements and regulations.
